I’m a therapist, a facilitator, a collaborator and someone who genuinely cares about people AND believes in them.

I am forever curious about people - how we live, connect, and overcome. I’ve lived and worked in diverse communities and traveled extensively to find that so much of life is about building relationships. We’re in this together.

WHY I DO WHAT I DO

For as long as I can remember, I’ve cared deeply for other people. I’ve dealt with my own hurt, struggles, and healing. I know the power of having a therapeutic connection which is why I’ve created a space that welcomes the whole version of you.

WHY SEX, TRAUMA & RELATIONSHIPS?

Early in my career, I found myself drawn to creating a safe space for people with the most vulnerable of concerns which often meant that we were talking about trauma and sex. Over the years, I’ve focused my training on helping people shift from pain to healing, shame and frustration to pleasure and connection, and having the deeply intimate relationships they want and need. I’ve found that people seek out therapy when they feel painfully disconnected and, under everything, connection is what we are all craving.

HOW I WORK

First and foremost, you are not your problems. That means that I’m not going to “analyze” you or see you as a diagnosis from a book. I do ask questions about your values, identity, sexuality, experiences, fears, beliefs, and desires as a way to get to know you best and understand your needs. Your whole self (really - all of you!) is welcome and respected here in a sex-positive environment.

Our time together will include laughter and celebration. My sense of humor tends to come out even as we deal with the deep stuff. I also use a detective’s eye for the small and large successes in your life to make sure we notice, feel, and learn along the way. The best part of my work is being with people as they feel a new sense of ease, freedom, and pleasure.

Finally, it’s important to note that all this healing business is done collaboratively. I’m a guide with a lot of education and experience to help. Ultimately it’s you who directs the pace and approach.

A nomad at heart, I frequently travel the world. Addressing my own wounds has freed my adventurous spirit, which seeks wisdom from stillness and the diverse people I meet around the globe.
